ARMOURPLAST APP

Reinforcing mat of durable, non-woven polyester which is coated and impregnated with Armourplast modified bitumen to a nominal thickness of 4.0 mm (158 mils). The surface is covered with ceramic mineral granules to provide added UV protection, while a poly-film is bonded to the underside.
Available colours : black, brown, grey

 

SBS MODIFLEX

Consisting of a non-woven polyester mat which is coated and permeated with SBS modified bitumen to a thickness of approximately 3.5 mm (138 mils). Ceramic mineral granules cover the surface to provide superior protection against ultraviolet rays, while the underside is sanded to permit mopping to heat-sensitive substrates and to prevent sticking in the roll.

SBS TORCHFLEX

Comprised of a non-woven polyester reinforcing mat which is coated and permeated with SBS modified bitumen to a nominal thickness of 4.0 mm (158 mils). Mineral granules are embedded in the surface to provide superior U.V. protection, while a thin poly-film is bonded to the underside.
Available colours : grey, brown, frostone grey

 

ASPHALT KEGS TYPE II

AIKO Type II Asphalt is an oxidized bitumen intended for use with organic felts, glass felts, modified membranes, insulation and coverboards with slopes of 0-3”:12” (0-25%). This proven waterproofing material is also suitable for use in selected damp proofing applications.

 

PROTECTOBOARD

Protectoboard is composed of a mineral-fortified asphaltic core between two non-woven glass fiber mats. Protectoboard may be used as a coverboard over IKOTherm insulation, as a re-cover board in a re-roof installation, or any other application where it is used as a new substrate for a modified bitumen or BUR roofing membrane.

 

IKOTHERM III INSULATION

A rigid insulation with high thermal properties. It is constructed from closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded on each side to coated glass fiber facers during the manufacturing process.

 

1⁄2″ TENTEST

Consisting of interlocking cellulose fibres bonded together by heat, pressure and premium asphalt resin, this Roofboard is produced with a high density construction designed for an optimal strength-to-weight ratio and a low moisture absorption potential. In roofing applications, this product is used as an overlay board over roof insulations, or as a cover board over old roofing systems.
